Shipping Policy

At Warrior Alpaca Socks, we offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs. Every order is carefully packaged and securely shipped from our Pennsylvania headquarters.

Estimated Delivery Times

Shipping times provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
Most standard USPS deliveries take 5–10 business days once shipped.
Faster options like 2-Day or Overnight shipping are available for an additional fee, but please note:
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM EST usually ship the same business day. However, please allow up to 2–3 business days for order processing.
- Overnight shipping may not ship the same day if placed late in the day or during high-volume periods.

Shipping Carriers

We ship Monday through Friday using USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

Note: FedEx and UPS cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. If you enter a P.O. Box, we will ship via USPS.

Delivery Issues

Once your package leaves our facility, we are not responsible for:

Carrier delays
Incorrect deliveries
Lost or stolen packages

ROUTE Shipping Insurance (Optional but Recommended)

We’ve partnered with ROUTE to offer optional package protection and tracking. If coverage is denied, we are not responsible for Lost, Stolen, or damaged packages.

ROUTE helps you track your package in real-time.
It covers lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
Claims can be easily submitted through ROUTE Claims.

Special Shipping Considerations

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S. may experience longer delivery times and additional shipping charges.
We do not issue refunds for missed delivery dates or shipping delays once an order is in transit.
