We’re happy to help you with your return. As part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. For holiday purchases made between November 15 and December 15, returns are accepted through January 15 of the following year.

Return Guidelines:
Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags and packaging.
Clearance and Final Sale items are not eligible for return.
For hygiene reasons, socks should only be tried on, not worn.
Once your return is submitted, you will receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number. Please follow these steps:
Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of your return package.
Fold items neatly and place them in their original plastic packaging.
Ship your return within 10 days of receiving your RMA.
Refund Details:
Refunds are issued to the original form of payment after inspection.
Gift purchases and gift recipient returns will receive store credit.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.
Orders that qualified for free shipping may be subject to a restocking fee of 10% or $20 (whichever is less).
Optional services such as Route insurance, gift boxes, and gift wrapping are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Options:
You may request a prepaid return label (the cost will be deducted from your refund), or
Ship the item back using your own carrier. Please keep your tracking number for your records.
Important Notes:
Items returned damaged, worn, rolled, or without tags are not eligible for refund and may be returned to you at your expense.
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, as claims after this period cannot be accepted.
