Need to Change Your Shipping or Billing Address?

We recommend double-checking your billing and shipping addresses before completing your purchase. However, we understand that mistakes happen, and we’re here to help!

Before Your Order Ships

If your order has not shipped yet, we’re happy to update your shipping or billing address at no cost.

To request a change, please fill out our Contact Us form and select "Change shipping/billing address" as the message subject. We’ll take care of it as quickly as possible!

After Your Order Has Shipped

If your order has already left our warehouse:

• A $15.00 address change fee may apply to redirect your package.

• This fee covers charges from the shipping carrier and is billed separately from your original order.

• Please note: Address redirection is not always guaranteed, as it depends on the carrier's policies and the package’s current status.
