Holiday Shipping Policy & Deadlines

To help ensure your gifts arrive on time, please place your order by noon EST on the deadline dates listed below. Shipping carriers experience high volume during the holiday season, so ordering early is always best!

Holiday Shipping Deadlines

Important Note: USPS, UPS, and FedEx do not guarantee delivery dates for any shipping method within 7 days of Christmas. They also do not offer refunds for delays during this time.

Free Holiday Shipping

• Free Ground Shipping on all U.S. orders over $69 (contiguous 48 states only).

• Orders under $69 ship for a flat rate of $8.95.

• Oversized items may incur an extra charge (noted on product pages).

• International orders, as well as orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, are shipped via USPS, UPS, or DHL Express. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Express Shipping (December 18–24)

During the week leading up to Christmas (Dec 18–24):

• Carriers do not guarantee express delivery, even for expedited methods like 2-Day or Next Day Air.

• Delays may occur due to weather, high volume, or unforeseen events.

• We will do our best to ship all expedited orders placed before 12:00 PM PST on business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) the same day, but we cannot guarantee this during the holiday rush.

Other Important Info

• Once your order ships, we are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Incorrect deliveries

  • Lost or stolen packages

• If you have a tight delivery window, we recommend adding ROUTE shipping insurance at checkout for extra protection.

We do not offer refunds for missed delivery dates or shipping delays caused by carriers.
