At Warrior Alpaca Socks, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you're unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a straightforward return policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Eligibility and Timeframe

• You can return items within 30 days of the delivery date.
• For holiday purchases made between November 15th and December 15th, we extend the return period until January 15th of the following year.
• Items must be unused, in original condition, and include all tags, labels, and original packaging.
• Clearance or Final Sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

1. Obtain a Return Authorization (RMA) number before sending any items back.
2. Place the RMA number on the exterior of the unmarked box or package that is being used to return the item(s).
3. Neatly fold items and return them in their original plastic bag to prevent damage.
4. Ensure items are received at our warehouse within 10 days of obtaining the RMA number.

Refund Information

• Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
• Gift card purchases will receive store credit.
• Gift recipient returns will receive store credit.
• Refunds are processed after we receive and review the returned product.

Important Notes

• Damaged, unsalable, or rolled-up items are not eligible for refund.
• Items returned in less-than-perfect condition or with tags removed will be sent back at the customer's expense.
• For orders that received Free Shipping, a restocking fee of 10% or $20 (whichever is less) will apply.
• Shipping fees are generally non-refundable, except in cases of merchant error.
• ROUTE shipping insurance, gift boxes, and gift wrapping services are non-refundable.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

Return Shipping

You can request a pre-paid return shipping label, but the cost will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange your return shipping at your expense. Remember to keep your return tracking number as proof of shipment. 

For hygiene reasons, please do not wear the socks beyond trying them on.
